A. General provisions
1. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for taking part in the Booksy Live Raffle (“Raffle”), a free prize draw organised by Booksy UK Ltd (“Booksy”), registered office: Ealing Cross, 1st floor, 85 Uxbridge Road, London W5 5TH, United Kingdom.

3. Participation in the Draw is free of charge and does not require any purchase.
4. The Draw is promotional in nature in order to publicize Booksy's services.
5. By accepting these Terms & Conditions and taking part in the Draw, the Participant consents to receiving marketing communication from Booksy.
B. Participation Requirements
Eligibility
1. The Raffle is open exclusively to individuals (“Participants”) who:
1.1 Visit the Booksy booth during the Salon Growth Summit in London, taking place on 1nd - 2nd March 2026,
1.2 Own a business related to the beauty category,
1.3 Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry,
1.4 Are residents of the United Kingdom.
2. The following are not eligible to enter:
2.1 employees, contractors, or representatives of Booksy or its affiliates,
2.2 persons directly involved in organising or administering the Raffle,
2.3 and immediate family members of the above.
C. Key Dates
1. Start: March 1st (with the publication of the registration form on the Draw landing page).
2. Deadline: March 2nd 4pm. Entries received outside of this deadline will not be valid.
D. How to participate
1. Participation in these Sweepstakes is only possible in person at stand G15, located in Olympia London on March 1st and 2nd, 2026, at 10am-5pm (4pm on the 2nd), during the Salon Growth Summit fair. Participants must complete the registration form available on the Sweepstakes landing page: https://cf.booksy.com/Salon-Growth-Spin-the-Wheel, providing the following information:
a. First and last name.
b. Email address.
c. Telephone number.
d. Postal code.
e. Indicate if you are a salon owner, employee, student, or neither
f. Indicate if you currently use Booksy for your business.
2. Providing this information is voluntary; however, failure to do so will prevent participation in the Draw.
3. Participation in the Sweepstakes also requires consent to receive marketing information from the Organiser.
4. Strict limit: 1 (one) entry per person. Only the first valid entry submitted by each participant will be counted; subsequent entries will be disregarded.
5. Multiple entries or attempts to participate more than once will not be accepted.
6. Incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid entries will not be accepted.
E. Additional conditions of validity
1. Participation with multiple identities is prohibited. In particular, the following practices are prohibited and will result in the disqualification of all related entries:
a. Creating or using multiple identities.
b. Using external software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to generate entries.
c. Employing automated messaging systems, macros, or other similar methods to artificially inflate the chances of winning.
d. Collaborating with groups, services, or third parties that offer automated methods of participation.
e. Engaging in any conduct that manipulates, interferes with, or circumvents the proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.If any of these activities are detected, all entries will be disqualified, and Booksy reserves the right to permanently exclude the participant.
2. Booksy may invalidate entries that do not comply with these Terms, are offensive, constitute spam or infringe the rights of third parties.
F. Random selection, winner and alternates
1. Prizes are awarded immediately upon participation, but will be sent by postal code depending on the prize directly to the winner, based on the result obtained on the roulette wheel located at the stand. No subsequent draws will be held, for the 1:1 mentorship prize, a date will be decided between the participant and the ambassador at a later date.
2. Prizes will be awarded immediately upon participation, while supplies last. Once the available stock is depleted, no further prizes will be awarded.
G. Prize and redemption conditions
1. Prize: The prizes available on the roulette wheel are as follows:
1.1. 2 (Two) Booksy Swag bags (cleaning bag, holographic bag).
1.2. 1 (one) 1:1 online mentoring session with one of our brand ambassadors.
1.3. 1 (one) year free subscription to the Booksy app.
1.4. 2 (two) £50 amazon vouchers.
Regarding the free promotion to the Booksy app:
a. Any current promotion or discount will be replaced by this sweepstakes promotion ('One year free'). This promotion will not extend the duration of previous benefits and cannot be combined with any other offers.
b. The 'One year free' promotion will apply to the twelve billing cycles following the date the winner is notified. It will not be retroactive under any circumstances, nor will any subscription fees already paid be refunded.
c. The 'One year free' promotion only covers the cost of the basic subscription with unlimited employees. Additional services, such as Boost, SMS Mobile Payments, and other add-ons, will continue to be subject to variable costs.
2. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s preferred address depending on arrangements but awarded randomly at the time of participation, based on the result obtained by spinning the wheel. Prize delivery is subject to availability and will continue until supplies last. Once the available stock is depleted, no further prizes will be awarded.
3. The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent. Under no circumstances will it be permitted to exchange the prize won for another one other than those indicated.I.
Taxation of prizes
1. The prizes awarded in this Draw constitute capital gains subject to Personal Income Tax in the UK.
2. Since the value of the prizes —excluding the Booksy subscription— does not exceed three hundred pounds (£300), Booksy is not obliged to withhold or pay on account of said prizes, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.
3. This exception does not apply to the prize consisting of a monthly Booksy subscription. In this case, each winner will be responsible for declaring the value of the prize in their annual income tax return for the tax year in which the prize is received.
4. This Draw is not covered by the special tax regime applicable to lotteries, bets and games of chance organised by official bodies or authorised entities.
J. Personal data
1. To participate in the Draw, it will be necessary to provide certain personal data (such as name, email address and/or telephone number) for the purpose of managing the Draw.
2. Personal data will be processed by Booksy exclusively for:
a. Register and validate entries.
b. Contact winners.
c. Send marketing communications related to Booksy services.
3. Consent to receive marketing communications from Booksy is voluntary, but is a necessary condition for participating in the Sweepstakes.
4. Personal data will only be kept for the time necessary to manage the Sweepstakes and for subsequent marketing communications, after which it will be securely deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for a longer period.
5. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and other rights provided for in the regulations by sending an email to marketing.gb@booksy.com. The data will be used exclusively by Booksy and its subsidiaries for the purposes indicated.
K. Applicable legislation
These Terms and Conditions are governed by British law.L. Partial nullityIf any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, illegal or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.By participating in the Draw, participants declare that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Legal Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge that their participation implies automatic acceptance of them.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. All applicable UK laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
